Research
My past and present research interests vary widely and include

- medical imaging, in particular functional imaging like positron emission tomography (PET):
- compensation techniques utilising external tracking devices for the correction of patient motion
- utilisation of raw data (list-mode) of PET scanners
- image reconstruction algorithms
- volume delineation techniques
- multithreaded/parallel programming
- graphical user interfaces (e.g. Qt)
